Appointments
We understand that our patient's time is just as valuable as our time. So, we reserve the time in the schedule exclusively for you. To avoid a $50.00 fee we require a 24-hr notice before any cancellations. This will help us with a drop in patient or any emergencies.

Insurance and Billing
Our staff gladly processes insurance claims as a convenience to you. Please bring the necessary forms with you on your first visit. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
